We ask you to add to your prayers these members of our community and those whose names have been shared by community members. Whether we know their need or not, God knows.

- Prayers for the family and friends of Susan Caruso, who passed away on 2/16/26.
- Steve Wilson asks for prayers for Laurie.
- Mary Jane Sullivan’s brother, Buddy, who passed away the week of 2/9/26, and her sister, Joyce, who has been hospitalized with congestive heart issues.
- The Hobson family, as they continue to mourn the loss of Peter in January of this year (2026)
- Joanne Hobson’s niece’s daughter-in-law Allie, who is recovering from emergency surgery and awaiting a heart transplant, and Allie’s infant daughter Emilia (Emi) who was delivered by emergency c-section two months early (due to her mom’s medical emergency) and will remain in the NICU until she’s strong enough to go home.
- Prayers of thanks for the healing of Cleone Bell (Allan Anderson’s sister), who has been pronounced cancer-free.
- The people of Venezuela and Ukraine.
- The wife and daughter of Greg – a good friend of Joan and Ray Bird – who recently died of cancer
- Roderick and family, as they grieve the loss of a 19-year old son on New Year’s.
- Tim Mayette, Sue & Steve’s son-in-law.
- Karen Murphy, who has begun treatment for macular degeneration.
- The family and loved ones of Joyce and Bill Cummings’ son, Dan, who has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. They are optimistic that with all the new treatments developed in recent years, that he will survive; but the road is long and it’s painful to absorb.
- Kim Burke and her family as they mourn the loss of Kim’s mother, Joyce Christie, in November 2025.
- Amanda Berling’s mother AND father, both of whom are dealing with serious health concerns, and for Amanda and her sisters as they support their parents and each other through it all.
- Marianne Samson, who now lives in New Jersey, has asked for our prayers. She has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer and has begun chemotherapy.
- Continued prayers for Courtney – Jane and Brad Brewer’s daughter – as she recovers from a long-awaited kidney transplant.
- William as he seeks treatment for and relief from kidney disease.
- Pam Donaldson’s sister-in-law, Donis, who has been diagnosed with leukemia.
- Kate Frisoli’s sister, Linda Church Babb, who suffers from numerous health issues and continues to need supplemental oxygen as well as our prayers.
- Our Dix Street neighbors, Will Mackinnon and his family. Will is a patient at Dana Faber. While his tumor is not life threatening, he will need to be on and off chemo for the rest of his life.
- Eileen — Sandra and Roy Lawson’s sister-in-law — who is experiencing multiple medical difficulties
- Drew and Michael Smith, brothers who are battling a rare and serious illness
- All those who struggle with addiction
- Victims of racial bigotry and injustice of all kinds
- Victims of gun violence
- Our nation’s leaders
